She received her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University and her Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Marci specializes in treating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and couples’ issues. Marci also has a background as a yoga instructor and is registered through Yoga Alliance as a 200hr RYT. Her knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, and the body, strongly informs her approach to treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex trauma. Marci Kennell, is dedicated to creating strong and meaningful connections with each of her clients, helping them gain a deeper connection to their authentic selves. Marci is a systemically trained therapist who uses attachment and mindfulness based approaches to empower clients and help bring awareness to their mind-body experiences. As a trained systemic trauma therapist, Marci’s primary goal is to offer her clients a safe and nonjudgmental space to show up completely as they are, explore the roots and origins of their issues, and find ways to actively create sustainable change.
